**Disappointing and Damaging Experience** I booked an appointment with Valerie but was assigned a new technician upon arrival. The inexperienced staff caused significant pain while removing my existing lashes, repeatedly struggled with application (constantly stopping to ask Valerie for help in their language), and spilled glue on my forehead and hair. After an hour of discomfort and uncertainty, I asked her to stop. Valerie stepped in, apologized, and removed the poorly done work, but my natural lashes were ruined. The glue residue required 40+ minutes of shampooing, causing hair loss. A total waste of time and leaving me with damaged lashes and frustration. **Avoid if you value your lashes and time.**
